We also have problem with radio buttons. It appears a dot instead of a radio button.

Your plugin is on localhost to test it before we publish it.
So, the link from my website does not include your plugin.
I can send you a screenshot from localhost, but i don’t know how.
I have tried to put an image into an answer with rich text option and it works perfect.
