Image size and Full width template

    I recently changed to BASIC Theme.
    My site address is http://www.serialspot.in

    I need help regarding:

    1. I want the right sidebar to appear in all pages/posts except the front
    page.
    2. The images in the front page vary in size which makes the page looks awful.
    So pls help me on how to change it to a proper thumbnail size.
