I took a look at your link and I am assuming that you are talking about the images above each post. The theme that you are using does not force a image size so it will be up to you to provide the proper edited and cropped assets when uploading them. You may be able to use an image editing plugin as well.

I do not know how to edit or cropped images. To make my work easy for me, can you help me to find a theme which can size it automatically to all the same size. I took me a long time to find a right theme, moreover I just don’t have the time to keep in sourcing for the right theme. Maybe you help me to find one suitable theme that I do not have to do any major adjustment to the image size.
Unfortunately, it is not as simple as just downloading a theme to solve your issues you are having. You will have to either:
1. Crop your images and upload them as needed to you site.
2. Hire a developer to show you how/ or do it for you. (http://jobs.wordpress.net/).

I remember I tried using Shopify, it was good all my images inserted was automatically resize into the images boxes.

You will need to edit #masthead h1.site-title on line 191 of defualt.css. This could also be a simple setting in the customizer that you may have missed. Although http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2013/03/the-wordpress-theme-customizer-a-developers-guide/ covers some developer stuff for the customizer, it will also show you what I mean about it could be a setting in the customizer.

I do not know what to select to do editing. From Admin Page, what do I select to edit the header size? There is no header for me to select? I want to increase the height of the header as you can see it touches the top line.
