Hi,
The image size is 2048 pixels wide which is plenty of width to fill the entire page.

It would be helpful if you also provide screenshot of the image properties in Media Library. Or you can submit a request to our support and we’ll have a look at it.

Hi, Have a look at property panel and find Image size options: Full, Large, Medium, Thumbnail, etc. Make sure it is set to Full.
