First of all this is a free theme.
Second, WordPress community policy does not allow the development of additional tools. These tools as: slideshow, portfolios and many others can not be included in the basic package of the theme. They can be developed as plugins.
So this theme not have the slideshow !
Also on the Premium Version we not have the slideshow but exists the special settings, a text area ( for each page ), what allow you to include shortcodes and embed it. The content from this text area are displayed before page content. For each page you can add different content.
So if you can install the plugin what allow you to build the slideshow and generate the shortcode then you can use this shortcode, in most easy way, and display the slideshow before your content.
