Hello there!
Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue and I’m sorry for the delayed response.
First of all, I would like to inform you that I managed to reproduce the issue with the unavailable “Mobile” tab in my local environment. Moreover, the “Tablet” tab is also unavailable if the “Desktop” field is empty. I already escalated this issue to our developers’ team so I hope they resolve it in the next plugin release. We let you know if we receive some updates on this matter.
As for the custom height, we have this as a feature request on our list of features and if we collect more similar questions or requests from our customers, our developers definitely consider such an improvement implementation in one of the future plugin releases.

Two other things:
1. Once I have a slider in place on the page, when editing if I try to scroll below it to add/edit further content it keeps jumping back up to the slider. It helps to some extent if the slideshow is disabled, but still tends to make the page jump around and it’s making further editing impossible. I’m using several other Getwid blocks on this site and would prefer not to have to install a separate slider.
2. Responsive breakpoints – it would be really good if it was possible to easily choose the main mobile breakpoint for a given block where applicable as 991px is very wide, I usually go with 768px and sometimes 480px. I needed to adjust the Timeline here to go to a single column at 768px and I had to copy/edit quite a lot of CSS from the plugin to achieve that. At least it would really help if all the @media CSS for each block was all in one place in the CSS, or even in a separate file – I had to copy multiple blocks of CSS for the timeline, multiple instances of the same @media call which were all spread around throughout the CSS for that block.
Could the CSS for each block perhaps have all similar @media calls in one place, so it’s easier to locate them? Any chance that a field could be provided which would allow a choice for the breakpoint?
Let me know if I should open another thread?

Just to say that, in the absence of any further replies, we’ve elected to not use the image slider for this project.
