Image source is coming unknown in wordpress website.

I can see the items in the Media, but not in the website itself.

Because you’re using a commercial theme please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

It’s still a commercial product and not supported here. If you wish to continue to use it, renew your support for it.
