They do, but you’ll need to check “Save Instagram photo as post featured image:” http://b.ustin.co/Tp7F

An update will be coming shortly that will replace the amazon s3 links in the post content as well.

If you check your WordPress dashboard, you’ll see that the plugin has been updated and version 1.1 should addresse this issue.
