Image swatch default selection bug

    Hi, just been testing out your plugin. Really nice but I found what seems like a bug.

    I added an image swatch with a few options and chose one of the options to be the default selection.

    When I navigate to the product page it starts to load as expected but then navigates to the URL of the image of the swatch which is selected by default.

    Not seeing an <a> tag around that image but it feels like a bug with the JS responsible for automatically selecting that swatch, something along the lines of a missing preventDefault? Appears to be a basic use case so maybe there is something special about my situation but curious to get your input. I just created a simple product for this test with a description and a few images. Do let me know if more information is required.

    I tried to replicate the issue on my end but wasn’t able to reproduce the behavior you described. Could you please share the product link where this happens? This will help us investigate the issue more accurately and identify what might be causing it in your setup.

    I did some more testing and found that for the bug to occur, “Update product image on selection” must also be active. Could you test this scenario and let me know if that enables you to reproduce the bug?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for sharing the detailed scenario. I was able to replicate the issue on my end and have already forwarded it to our developer team for further investigation.

    It appears that this issue occurs with certain themes, while it works perfectly fine with others. However, please rest assured — our developers will address and fix this in an upcoming update.
