Image thumbnail crop position

Hello,

I was browsing through trying to find a way to manually set thumbnails for images in galleries. However, I have not found such an option. I know you can set a position of the crop for each image, but the 9 options are too limited in this case. Is there an option or plugin I am missing? A plugin I am using to make thumbnails manually is not picking up foogallery thumbnails as options.

If there is no such option, would setting up thumbnail size of such dimension in theme force foogalleries use the set thumbnail, or it would still generate it’s own. For example, default WP thumbnails: 150×150, gallery’s thumbnails: 300×300, theme’s manually set thumbnails: 300×300. Which would gallery choose, themes thumbnail or it’s own (with force original thumbnails selected and without)?
