Image Thumbnails?

I’ve been searching, and maybe not using the right query, for a plugin that will create thumbnails. I’ve tried exhibit and it just didn’t seem to work for me. I’m using “Gallery” from manlto.
Something that works from the WP Admin panel would be nice.
Any suggestions/info?
