    Thanks for checked my site page https://tomas.zhu.bz/wordpress-plugin-tooltips.html/ , if you open the page, at the top of the page, you will find a picture “You are welcome!” when you hover the image, you will find the alt of the image shown as tooltips already, it works well on chrome and mozilla. 🙂
