Looks like Postie may not be making use of the auto-rotate feature in the WordPress uploader.
Please send a test email from your iOS album to [email protected] and I’ll see what I can do.
I don’t see any rotation issue with that image – however, I will say that I did recently make some other changes in the image upload code.
Please retest when the new version is available (shortly).

Thanks for the additional test emails. I do now see the incorrect rotation. I’ll let you know when I’ve fixed it.
I’ve tried a couple of things without any luck. In the meantime please use https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/image-rotation-repair/ to fix the issue.
Having same rotation issue with Android. Image rotation plugin did not repair image rotation on Android S5.
@alexbuckee do you have the same issue if you add the image through the editor?
Wayne, works splendidly from desktop; no rotation issues.
