You only seem to consider picture height, but not width. We want to limit the width to 1.200 Pixel, no matter what the height is. Expected behavior would be to consider the dimension that is smallest and shrink the image by keeping aspect ratio. However, the uploaded pictures still are wider than 1.200 Px., only height is limited if we set it!

@mb1000 I’m unable to replicate the issue you have on two of my test sites. One has WP_Image_Editor_GD as the active editor, and the other has WP_Image_Editor_Imagick as the active editor. Screenshots for the resized image on both sites:

Just to be sure, “Max width” is set to 1200 right? Not 12000?

Another possibility is that you have a plugin that somehow modifies the default image upload process, and it’s overriding / interfering with ASE’s IUC module.
