image upload error 4.1

    New install of worpress 4.1, we have uploaded a few images, the site owner who is an authorized user, started to uload a fairly large image and after a partial upload got an “aw snap” error message. I cannot get the error message out of the way, cannot find the partial upload so I can delete it etc. Any suggestions.

    Hey there,

    Aw snap – Are you using Google Chrome ? That is what shows this message when a website crashes.

    Try deleting the browser cache and try again to see if it works fine.

    If the image was not uploaded, you will not find it in the media library
