    Ps. Pop ups aren’t being blocked…

    Hi,

    there could be a jQuery conflict with another plugin or with the theme used, you should be able to notice it in Firebug Console if that’s the case.

    The only way for us to tell, would be to have a look at your website, if you don’t mind sharing a link we will follow up.
