Image Upload Maximum Width not working

    Dear Support,

    Hope you are doing well,

    I have noticed that Image Upload Maximum Width option is not working, I have set the limit of maximum width of uploaded image by the user is 850px so that if bigger size images uploaded by the user shall be resized to 850px in order to minimize the total size of the image file

    but when a user upload any size image it doesnt gets resized to 850px, is there any fix for this issue?

    will highly appreciate your help on this

    Please check if there’s any generated profile photo with a width size of 850px in /wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/<user id>/

    @champsupertramp , Profile picture is fine, it gets resizes, but the pictures uploaded inside profile other than profile picture and cover images are not resized.

    Because in my platform each user can upload max of 10 images in their profile, some user upload heavy resolution images hence it affect the server and website page load.

    Is there any way to resize those images automatically
