Image Uploads Fail

    Hello,

    I had a working site on MAMP, then moved it with BackupBuddy. Now, everything seems to work great, except when I try and add any images!

    I’ve followed every tip I can find. I have disabled every plugin and switched to the default theme. The only error I get is very non-detailed.

    It simply says: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    I cannot upload via the media-> add new (with all plugins disabled and the default theme) – this gives no error, but uploads the image quickly then stays “Crunching” indefinitely.

    Is there any more information I can provide to get assistance?

    Also, when I go to add a new user, the user name, name, email are all blank, and the role is “None”.

    Try checking the error logs on your server – this sounds like it may be a permissions issue writing to the server, or the database. These logs have to be accessed through your host.
