Image uploads not working correctly

I’m using listable theme and when an employer creates an account and a listing, they upload images, and those images are being stored on the server, but not showing up on the listing. They are being put in the uploads folder under a new folder called job-manager-uploads. In WP, in the media section, those images are missing the thumbnails and if you click through to “edit details” you can actual see the image in WP. But it’s not showing up on the listing, there are no thumbnails in WP, and they are in a different directory inside of upload. I need some help please. Thanks!
