Imagepress Menu Dropdown issue // Support?!

Bought that Plugin and needed support,
but there wasn’t any working link – wanted
do sign up at https://getbutterfly.com/welcome/my-account/
and the form dropped a message like “Watch your mails” – empty!

Btw i had the same issue with the imagepress sign up form (same plugin).

How will i reach the developers for support?

THE BUG:
i’ve created the author.php file as it was shown in the desciption.
when i am on the homepage of my blog, the header nav works pretty fine,
but when i switch to the profile (based on the author.php) there some
issues – until i didn’t upload any image the navigation is still working, but as soon as i am uploading an image, the dropdown function of my main navigation stops working!

does anyone know this problem or could tell me how to reach
the developers?

already tried twenty twelve theme and didn’t had the issue.
currently i am using the latest version of UNICON – but they
don’t give any support in this case.
