Images doesn’t appear

    Hi,

    I built multiples sliders for my website, none of them function properly. The caroussel appears, I can even see the thumbnails, but the images are not visible. The screen shows only a pitch black void.

    I use twenty seventeen has a theme and elementor has a pagebuilder.

    I also tried to incorporate a caroussel with classic editor and gutenberg without success.

    Hi,

    I just checked on my phone and all the sliders are working properly. But when I check my site on my computer the images don’t show in the slider. I tried to test the slider on multiples computer, in incognito mode, and with different browsers, and I have the same problem. The images don’t seem to load properly.

    With edge, the first image load correctly, but all the others images don’t appear. The viewer shows only a black screen. But if I tried to see the first image, the only one to load, suddenly the image shows to be cut in half.

    We are experiencing a similar issue. Shows first slide then all others are either blank or only partially show. Slider works fine on mobile and in all browsers except Edge v42, Edge v40 however works normally. Don’t know if that helps towards a resolution. Last time we had problems with this plugin it was down to display issues in Edge and a quick fudge to make the plugin treat Edge as if it was IE fixed it.
