    Hello,
I have the following problem. Images on my wordpress page work fine, but after I upload the static version, I can only see the images after I click on the imagelink.

    Here is an example.
    https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0hjdzN3mdS9MkFfTVBsQnpna2s&usp=sharing

There are two pictures. One picture is fine and one picture only shows a link.
I have this problem with my logo too. If i visit my website through a mobile device, the logo is missing and i just see a link. When if visit my website on my desktop, the logo works fine.

What I don’t understand is, why do some images work and some won’t?

Thanks a lot, I love you plugin, great work! 🙂

  • Hi lolo08,

Presently Simply Static doesn’t support the ‘srcset’ html attribute, which is how WordPress displays mobile images as of version 4.4. It’s something we have planned for one of the next updates though.

In the interim, if you include WP’s uploads directory (e.g. wp-content/uploads) in the Additional Files and Directories section (Advanced tab) that should fix the issue.

    Hi lolo08,

We’ve just released version 1.2.3 of Simply Static which adds support for the srcset attribute. Try it out and let me know if you run into any issues.

    Best,
    Scott
