Images don't work.

    I’m having issues with all of my images. Ever since I updated to 3.1, I have been unable to view any images on the my website. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix the error, including a completely new install. Nothing is fixing the problem. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?!

    ETA: I’ve tried image files that were uploaded by FTP and in WordPress. Neither of them are working, and it doesn’t matter what theme I’m using. Images in any theme don’t work.
