Images & Folder Disappeared

Dear Support,

We have found that when we try to add an image to a post or page that we don’t see any of the existing images and folders in our Media Library. When we go directly to the Media Library, all images and folders are still there. It is just when we try to add an image to a post or page that we can’t see them.

We add images using either the standard Gutenberg or an ‘advanced image’ block from Kadence Blocks.

Normally, when we click on edit image, a screen would open that shows all images and Filebird folder. Since about one week, this has disappeared.

The only images we see are the most recently uploaded images.

We did recently compressed our images using ShortPixel Image Optimisation:

Could this have caused a problem?
