Hi there – the images in my popover form aren’t displaying any more.

I can’t see anything in the css that’s causing that, but I suspect I’ve caused this issue. I have 6 such popovers, all duplicates of each other, that -were- working fine, but now don’t display the images. What’s going on? Please help!

    Hi @mattstanford,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Looking at the Page Source on https://learntoplaytherapy.com/workshops/kindergarten/, it seems you’re using the W3 Total Cache – screenshot.

Many site owners use optimization and caching plugins to help speed up their sites. However, some features included in these plugins can cause WPForms functions to not work properly.

To address the issue, I recommend following the settings for that plugin in our guide here.

After this, please purge all caches, and access that form using an incognito window to check if the issue was solved.

    I hope this helps!

Hello, I tried those instructions, but alas, the problem persists:

Interestingly though, if I disable the W3 cache, the problem goes away.

    Hi @mattstanford,

    Thanks for letting us know!

If deactivating the W3TC plugin solved the issue, the issue might be related to a setting not covered in our guide.

In case you want to continue using that plugin, I recommend disabling each active setting, one by one, purging the cache, and then checking the form on an incognito window to verify if the issue was solved. You should be able to locate the cause of the issue by following this procedure.

    I hope this helps!
