• HOw can I add images to a blog post that are not automatically generated thumbnails? Whenever I use the add image button it just comes up as a white box with an x in it.

  • When you add the image, what is the code being inserted? Are you sure the image is uploading?

Yes I use the image upload function on the blog post editing page. Its automatically resizing the images. I saved them in photohop to be a width of 150 but when i upload it it gets resized to a width of 54.

    Am I doing something wrong?

I would also appreciate some tips on this site…It will be a blog/photography site. I need it to be simple and add a gallery for each image. The site will grow to have many images. But I don’t want to have to create a new page for every single image…that is a pain in the arse.

Maybe somebody who has gone down the same route can help guide me?

You are using the thumbnail. I haven’t used the image upload much myself, but if you look at the non-rich text editor version, you can double check that. All you need to do is eliminate the .thumbnail part of the /yourimage.thumbnail.jpg path.
