    Hi!

    I managed to set up with facebook shop, but the image of some products are not showing .. how to solve this?

    Did you check the product feed you created for Facebook’s catalogue? Is the feed or some of its products missing a product image indeed?

    I checked the xml and all the products contains the image link.

    It should contain a real link, not the words “image link” of course.

    When you have created the field mapping like this:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/sld7tw3rjepvkgn/image_link_1.png?dl=0

    Than it should look like this in your feed (that is, when you have added images to your products):
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ip5a2cazhogsnz/image_link_2.png?dl=0

    The “image link” is where the real links are. Just to exemplify

    And all links are working, showing the right image uploaded to the site. Maybe the problem is with facebook?

    If I upload an image manually to a product in facebook shop, I will get this problem back when product feed get refreshed (auto daily refresh)?

    Is Facebook not showing an error/warning somewhere why some of your product images are not showing (wrong format / size)?

    Yes, most-likely the images you uploaded manually will be overwritten by automated feed updates.

    No error/warning, and all the images have the same format/size.

    The only warning I get is “google_product_category” on some products, but not on those who are missing image.

    Well, I’ll see what I can do here to solve this
