    Hello,

I am having issues with images not showing in my emails. They display in the preview but not when sent to the email client.

A box appears with a question mark in, instead of the image.

    Please can you help?

    Thanks,

    Olly

Is your site public? Can you copy the image URL from the email you get and see what happens when you try to access that through a browser url.

    Hi Ben,

Yes the site is public. I can’t copy the URL but I have inspected the source code of the email and this is an example of one of the image url’s.

    https://www.pestproducts.co=
    .uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/DIY-PC-Logo-min.png

It’s putting a weird equals sign in which is resulting in a 404.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

I’m facing the same issue. Preview looks alright but logo and social media icons do not display.

I suggest you talk with your email server that is handling the email to see if they are filtering your HTML in some way.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for the reply.

Yes, it’s public. I had forwarded the email to your id yesterday.

Not sure if this is the way to do it, but I copied the Image Address of the logo and pasted into the browser. Then it downloaded a file unnamed.png into my system which is the logo image itself.

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks.

We are using Sendgrid could this be causing any issues?

@ollytorrance Possible, unlikly but possible, I suggest doing some tests, for example turn sendgrid off and test. Also contact your hosting provider make sure on their end the logs are all showing good.

@papermelon I don’t see an email, can you post here with the screen shot of what you are seeing?

    Ben
