Hi there,

When I deploy a new packet, everything is installed correctly, but the images are not displayed on the web site. The video files are OK.
When I look at the source code (inspect element), I found that the code for the image element is corrupted. It looks like this:

instead of containing the path to the source of the image file like this:

<img width-“648″ height=”229″ src=”https://heliantheae.bg/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/cropped-logo_new_bg_50percent-1.png”

Why I am getting this garbage for src? Do you know what is the problem? Please, help.

Regards
Yuriy

• Hey @chamkoriyski

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

– Why are some of my plugins/images/links/styles not updating?

If that does not help and you want to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.

Cheers~

Hi Cory,

Thanks for your quick reply. I did another import and deployment using Safe mode -> Basic mode. This time, there was no problem with images. Yes, I had to activate all the plugins, which is a bit of a hassle, but this did not happened in my previous import (last month). Do you have an idea what could have caused the problem using the normal mode? I would appreciate your input. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Regards
Yuriy

Hey @chamkoriyski,

It’s tough to tell without having a look at the data and setup, with so many different plugins and settings to track it can be difficult. If you check the installer log sometimes it will have clues. Thanks for the update!

Cheers~
