Images not loading

I am wondering if there are specific htaccess codes that affect whether or not pictures load. Our hosting service recently deleted our site “by mistake.” Just wiped it out. They re-installed it in a couple of hours except for a few htaccess files that were there before. After the site was up and running, the only issue is that some pictures don’t load. The media library is intact. The url’s of the images are valid. The url’s are in the code, the pictures just doesn’t appear. If you go the front page, you’ll see some appear and some don’t. The header shows the missing image icon. There are three pictures that are not showing that do not show the missing image icon.
