I checked your homepage and some store pages, and I can see all the images appearing okay, while I can’t see the logo as you reported.
Can you check the following? These can either fix the underlying issue or help find more clues to investigate further:
- Ensure that the “Speed up image load times” option is enabled in your WP Admin dashboard under Jetpack → Settings → Performance → Performance & speed (it seems to).
- Disable any other image optimization plugins to check for conflicts.
- Ensure our IP range is fully in the allow list for your servers: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
- Check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled, and try temporarily disabling them to see if it fixes the problem.
- Search for any firewall on your server-side that might be blocking the communication with the xmlrpc.php file – your host should be able to help you with that.
You may want to do the same on the other sites affected by the same issue, and see if you find the very same pattern across all the sites.
