Images not loading

    Hi @stevethefootycoach,

    It looks like a problem with the images’ links. I hope that you wouldn’t mind trying to remove the image cache from “Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous -> Clear image cache” and check again to see if that helps.

    many thanks for that.

    I’ve done as you suggested but some of the images take a long time to load (ten seconds) and some don’t load at all.

    Is there a way to speed up the loading of the images? Or to pre-load them?

    Hi @stevethefootycoach,

    I am glad that it partially worked. As for the images that are failing to load now, could you please check if those load fine in “Manage Galleries”?

    You can use a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache in order to cache the images for the visitors and improve the loading speed of any subsequent visits.

    Hi.

    Some of the images weren’t loading in ‘manage galleries’ either.

    So I have created a new gallery and now all the images are loading ok. Not sure what the problem was with the original gallery but no issues now so I’ll mark this as resolved.
