images not loading. A cache issue?

    Instagram images load with a very long delay. We use WP Rocket, automatic cache refresh after 3h but that doesn’t help. What should be set?

    Hi @caapri,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Please check your setting at WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Feeds > Caching. You may need to lower the time here. If the feed doesn’t seem to be refreshing according to the schedule set here, please try adding the property cachetime=30 to the shortcode you are using to add the feed to the page. So for example, if your current shortcode is [instagram-feed feed=1] , you would change it to [instagram-feed feed=1 cachetime=30]

    This issue could also be related to the browser cache or OPCache in WP Rocket, as that usually has a separate setting than the standard caches.
