This isn’t solved. The issue isn’t regarding the EXISTING pictures. The problem is when loading up new images since I updated. They just don’t work. I can’t get any thumbnail to show, it seems like it’s not even hitting my FTP when I check, and all I get is a gray space or the name of the image instead of the actual image. Please help
Sorry I should have more detailed in the original post. I still need help with this. Thanks
To add to this I just uploaded this picture here:
http://undeniableattraction.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/hndn.jpg
and when you put that in your browser you end up getting a FORBIDDEN error message:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/2013/01/hndn.jpg on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 Server at undeniableattraction.com Port 80
Also i checked my folder in FTP and the image actually did load up fine there.
Please help
OK so i just compared the uploaded image permissions to other image folder permission settings that were actually working. The problem si that the new folder, new sub folder, and image permissions are all wrong. How can I alter how those work. After I switched them to what the older ones are, the image works fine and appears. The issue is the actual image permissions.
Looks like you solved the issue. That example image works fine.
