Its possible, But i have little confusion how many i will show into tabs and mobile device. 8 images in a row means it will be show too smaller.

I solved it into 8.0 version. You will get update notification once I update 8.0 today. Hope its works fine into tabs and mobile version.
Well, I think for mobile it would be only one per row.
Here it shows the plugin is in version 4.9.1. In your answer you mention 8.0 version. How is that?
