    Hi @biergepo, could you provide your Report Number, you can found it in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report.

    Sure, the report number is YAODESPU

    This morning I’ve send another optimization and pull request, but the first time was about a week ago.

    Hello,

    I’ve tried to clean up unfinished data and tried again but:

    Images notified to pull: 1 group(1 image)
    Last pull initiated by cron at 11/12/2018 11:25:56.
    Images Pulled: 0

    Hi,

    Why is that date shows 12th, Nov?

    Could you please check cron is working ?

    Also please try disable “automatic pull” in media tab , you will see a “pull” button in image optimization page where right beneath “send optimization request” button , see if manual pull works.
