images removed

Hi there,

We’re experiencing a serious issue on our website http://www.otroconcepto.com and we’d like to ask if it could be related to Multi Step Form.

After updating our plugins and theme (Divi), we noticed that many images were suddenly deleted from the server — entire folders inside /wp-content/uploads/ (like /2023/03/) lost most of their content, although some images remained.

At the exact moment this happened, we encountered an error related to the Multi Step Form plugin (unfortunately, we didn’t take a screenshot of the message).

Could this plugin be responsible for deleting or interfering with media files in any way? Have there been any similar reports?

We’d really appreciate your help to understand if Multi Step Form could be involved, or if we should rule it out and keep investigating elsewhere.
