Images Upload

Hello!
The vendor cannot upload images, he gets an error:
*** Post-upload image processing failed. This is probably because the server is busy or lacks sufficient resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.****
(I have no problem uploading photos on the site, This only happens on the part of the vendor)
How can this be solved?
