    Hi,

I’m having an issue with Imagify calling an undefined function – imagify_get_context() – and locking up the backend of the site. People seemed to have similar issues about a year ago, but this just started when I started using fluentforms. Is there something I can do to fix this?

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 76 … /class-imagify-options.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function imagify_get_context()

    Hi @chris3016

I am sorry to hear that!

This kind of issue a year ago was related to a specific plugin and the issue was resolved after updating this specific plugin.

Regarding the issue you are facing unfortunately there is no similar case at the moment. Is it possible to contact us through our support system https://imagify.io/contact/ so we can take a closer look?

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna
