Why am I getting these errors on my images after the bulk optimization in my paid ultimate plan?

– cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10002 miliseconds.
– Our server returned an error (0-Connection timed out after 45001 miliseconds.)

I have checked and my cURL version is 7.29.0 NSS/3.53.1 and WP version is 5.9.3.
The strange things is yesterday it still working, and today I receive that errors message.

You need to install cURL on your road server, Not possible if you are using shared hosting. You can also convert or compress from outside the plugin, if too much trouble. like it. https://aburayhan.net/online-image-converter

This could be caused by other reasons as well, there is no necessary to be related to cURL (although v7.29 is the lowest partially stable version) – indeed, it would be ideal to update it if possible.
