• I came across Jetpack when searching for the most reliable option to backup my sites.

Found Jetpack, and before I could install it I was required to add my email address, username and yet another password.

This was rejected several times which began to put me off.

Eventually I logged in, only to find that I have to pay to back up my sites.

No thanks mate, not after that foolishness.

    Bye.

  • Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out! Jetpack is for ww.wp.xz.cn sites but uses WordPress.com credentials so you only have to remember one password for each Automattic product (VaultPress, Akismet, Jetpack).

To be clear, a WordPress.com account is different from your ww.wp.xz.cn site’s login!

Jetpack offers a lot of features free of charge however our backup service is a paid upgrade and we have a 30 day refund policy so you’re more than welcome to test it out and compare it to other backup services, if you’re not happy with the service you can request a full refund within 30 days.

    Cheers!
