Imort CSV

Hello,

i’m trying to import data to a form but i keep getting the “Uploaded file column names and field setting CSV key names are not matched.” error, i have checked every header, it’s comma separated, it’s only two rows, i have even deleted some fields so it only has to match 2 or 3, im doing a test so i can import the DB without problems but i can’t get it to work

please help
