“Implement this for” Doesn’t show all roles

    Hello… I’m loving your plugin so far, and it does everything I need it to, however I”m running across one problem or maybe a bug I’m not sure. I’m trying to customize the Admin Toolbar and Admin Menu, but I want it to only apply to a certain user role/capability. However when I use the drop down, not all roles/capabilities are shown in the drop down… one that is missing is indeed the very one I need for these settings to apply to. Any help would be great! Thanks a ton for this awesome plugin, and thanks in advance for your help with this issue!

    Hi @jstuts5797,

    As per the plugin page we don’t provide support on the admin toolbar and admin menu. However the function we use to get all available roles is a standard WordPress one, so perhaps you need to look into how that role is being created exactly. Thanks,

    I seen that on the plugin page but since its a huge part of what this plugin does, I couldn’t believe that a company would not support it at all. It was hard for me to fathom that someone would put out a product, and then not fully support it. If you don’t want to provide free support, that is fine, if you want to charge for your plugin that is great as well. But to release a free product with beta features that you won’t support at all… seems… unethical. I’ll make sure to never toss any money to this developer in the future. If it makes any difference I’m not a programmer and I do not have the ability to do what you suggest without spending way more time than is feasible learning, all for a website I’m doing for fun for some band parents with no pay.

    Maybe you guys should consider not adding features to your product that your not yet willing to support.

    I am going to comment on this properly on the ungrateful review you left. You need to seriously rethink everything you are saying, you clearly don’t understand the ethos of the WordPress community.
