    Can I get some help?

    On the plugin page says:

    Installation Instructions
    Upload modernizer/ to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

    Implement the required features as documented on http://www.modernizr.com/docs/

    I want to use this plugin in a wordpress website, can I receive more instruction on how to implement it?
