Hey @joyryde,
Thank you for reaching out! Can you please let me know if there’s any data in the “slicewp_affiliates” table? If there is, then the issue might be with ID mismatch between the affiliates table and the users table.
SliceWP’s affiliates table has a “user_id” column and the values for each affiliate should correspond with the values of the “ID” column from your “users” database table. If you’ve imported the users, but their unique ID has changed in the table, then the “user_id” values from the affiliates table no longer correspond with the previous version of your data. If this is the case, the only option would be to replace the “user_id” from each affiliate with the correct ID from the users table.
However, if your affiliates table is empty, you would need to import the entire table from a back-up of SliceWP’s database tables.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
Hi Mihai,
We have a user export backup CSV that we took in January that we are trying to restore from. All of our affiliates are in the file but they aren’t importing.
In the database we see 15 affiliates, in the CSV there are 34.
Perhaps you might be able to assist us, our website is https://nomadicsupply.com
Hey @joyryde,
I’m afraid that I cannot offer any solution until I check the CSV file’s data to see how it’s formatted.
Please contact us via our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/) and share the CSV file so that I can analyze it and see what options we have.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
