the synchronization of barcodes should function the same way the other attributes get synchronized by the plugin; it should simply get transferred on the initial sync when the products get synchronized from WC to Zettle.
If you are looking for some details specifically on the barcodes, you should first start here and let me know if there is anything missing from our documentation.
