Import Categories doesn’t work well

Hello, when i import my categories by csv the plugin create blank categories and doesn’t transfer all the categories that i have. But i have some categories created after the importation.

Another question, can i put pagination? Because i have aobe 300 organizations and its an infinite scroll down.
