Import corrupted

    When I download the export file everything seems okay, but when I import it I get a “Unable to Import. The archive file is corrupted.” every time on 3 different websites. I also tried to add the .wpress file as a backup and restoring it but it fails.
    This is my very first time experimenting an issue with this plugin, so help would be much appreciated.

    Could you confirm if you are using the latest version of the plugin 7.105 on both sites?

    I am using 7.105. Do I need the premium version? I’ve always done this with the free version. did it change now?

    No, you do not need the premium version.
    You mentioned that you tried to restore the backup which is a premium feature, that’s why I sent you to the support team.

    Try to download Traktor and see if you can open and extract the exported files.
    It will tell you if the files are truly corrupted or not.
