Import CSV – additional column problem

    Hello,
    I tried to import CSV with additional column (cellphone) and the import was successful. So I can see an additional column (cellphone) in admin view with filled value (cellphone number), but on the web page I can see the column cellphone without filled cellphone number.
    If I move the mouse pointer over the picture of staff I can see the value of cellphone filled right. Where is the problem, can you help me please?
