Import CSV and accents

    Hi,
    I always update with importing csv files.
    All was ok, but since today, impossible to importe file with accents. For example “Montbéliard” or “Besançon”… é and ç are broken..
    Why ?
    Ok, need to use Libre Office instead of MS Office and save with UTF-encoding…
